Hope everyone had a great weekend! It’s getting a bit crazy-town around here at SH/Co. It seems like every day this studio is getting a lil more crowded and I am in need of a lil more storage! Scored these old cubbies at an antique store. Spied them on Saturday, had the will power to walk away, then went back on Sunday (who am I kidding). I figure if I can’t get something out of my head for 24 hours, that’s a sign. I am already feeling the positive effects of this purchase… all of the twine + ribbons + bits + bobs that were getting lost are now at my finger tips. Relief! Now onto those deadlines…
In other Organizing News (I know, ridiculous), one of my photos was featured on this weekend! I adore that blog so I was mildly freaking out. Thanks, Austin!

Was recently given a set of MUJI colored pencils as a gift… A reminder of just how beautiful/simple/pure their designs + packaging are. Spent some time in the MUJI section of the MoMA store this spring. You walk in there and boom, an hour goes by. The brand’s restraint is really inspiring. You can buy the pencils here.
Last photo: I pulled together a few other things in my stash that complement the natural colors of MUJI. Clockwise starting at the top: bag that my new CXXVI anchor necklace arrived in (love), vintage Seneca Lake postcard (hometown pride!), anchor stamp from Paper Source, leather string from Smith & Chang in Jersey City (a must-visit shop), lil kraft bags, MUJI info card + pencils.

Heading out on a road trip today to NYC for my sister’s graduation. Really psyched to spend a whole week there celebrating with family, exploring the city, and getting inspired. I usually come back from New York exploding with ideas (and a severe case of fashion envy). Here are some of the essentials I am packing…
1. spring bag
2. (rain) hat
3. fave jeans
4. sister’s gift (do not forget)
5. sketch + note-taking supplies
See you tomorrow!

Been on the lookout for natural colored products at office supply & hardware stores lately… love finding objects that are what they are - and nothing more. Photos by AB
I received some Japanese washi masking tape from my sister and am wondering what I did beforehand. It comes in great colors & patterns (I am partial to the stripes), is semi-translucent, and can be removed easily. I was making some gift tags over the weekend for a friend and started experimenting. It is a great way to work with color & pattern minus the computer. I love that the stripes instantly look like birthday candles. Find washi tape here Photos by AB
Super excited that my custom SH/Co. stamps arrived in the mail! I plan on using these on a ton of things… packaging, envelopes, hang tags, shipping boxes, etc. I love the imperfections and flexibility that stamps allow. Now taking orders for your own custom stamp! What a great addition to a stationery set… Photos by AB
Just came across this old rubber stamp set I bought years ago. I believe it’s from the 1950s. I love that it comes with its own ruler! You really can’t beat hand stamped typography. I recently designed some custom Scout’s Honor Co. stamps that I will be sharing soon… Photos by AB
