My apologies for the super late post today… the last 24 hours have been a whirlwind of wedding stationery crazy-town! Been busy hand-addressing 125 outer & inner envelopes and preparing Melanie & James’ invites for shipment to Boston. (At press time, they are officially out the door, yo). Psyched for Melanie to receive the box at work tomorrow. She and James have quite the weekend ahead of them - it’s gonna be a stuffing & stamping extravaganza. Below is glimpse of the turquoise storm that just blew through here… It’s not Friday yet but it sure feels like it. I’m going out for a celebratory beer. See you tomorrow. Photos by AB
One of the products I am super excited to offer when my shop opens (coming soon!) is a custom home package. These are the ultimate gifts for new home owners, beloved family homes, or even better - yourself! The custom home package will include an illustration by Scout’s Honor Co., a boxed set of 25 cards & envelopes (size A2), and one 8” x 10” print. Below are some examples I have been working on… If you are interested before the shop opens, please feel free to contact me. Photos by AB
My old school pennant collection is slowly growing. Came upon these two in Waterbury, VT last weekend. Excited x 100 as they are in the SH/Co. color palette. Not to mention they are from my home state (NY) and Pf’s home state (IL). Double win. Photos by AB
A couple of weeks ago, I posted a mystery meat package containing invites for an upcoming party. I am excited today to reveal its contents. My sister, Mary, is graduating from grad school next week. For the past 2 years, she has been working hard on her Masters, holding down a full-time job, and pretty much killing it. Congrats, Mary! She loves vintage NYC subway signs. For the party invite, I thought it would be cool to recreate one showing all of her educational ‘stops’ along the way. Her undergrad & grad schools are both in the city and have their own subway stops as well. It’s rare that I venture away from hand type but sometimes, you just gotta F*NT IT! Photos by AB
Found this sailing flag in my hometown a few weeks ago. Stars, stripes, and an anchor. What more can a girl ask for. Have a great weekend!
See you on Monday.

Friends & relatives are always getting prototypes of new card ideas. This weekend there are two big reasons to celebrate: my sister Bridget’s birthday (Sat) and Mother’s Day (Sun). Sending some stationery love… don’t forget your own Mother’s Day cards!! P.S. Has anyone seen these new Gregory Peck stamps from the USPS?! Hello, Handsome. Thank you, Gregory, for matching the SH/Co. color palette.

As a few custom projects make their way to the printer this week, my focus is quickly switching to further developing the SH/Co. collection of cards & prints. Been digging through ye olde archives & pulling some of my fave sketches to work from… Photos by AB
I can’t believe it’s May already. Big week at SH/Co. as the wedding of the year (okay - besides Will & Kate) is about to go to print. Busy dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s on Melanie & James’ wedding invitations. Can’t wait to see the final product! Below is a painting/illustration I created of the chapel where M & J will be wed. Photos by AB
Up next in the Beach Boys series is my personal fave… East Coast! From upstate NY to Boston to VT with a stop in Sydney (Australian East Coast!), I am an East Coast girl through and through.
Same deal as before: The print is 5” x 7” and printed on thick, natural white card stock. It is $25.00 + tax and shipping (unframed). Please contact me if interested (payment via secure Paypal transaction). Also, I am offering an East Coast + California girls package: both prints for $40.00 + tax & shipping. What. A. Deal.
P.S. While I realize this is not a Royal Wedding post and I am so off-trend, I do dig the styles that Kate Middleton wears. Especially today.
