The foliage is going off right now in Vermont. Why even attempt to make up color combos when really, nature kills it every time. To celebrate all of the amazing hues, I created these Pantone-inspired place cards for Frolic! Check out the post here.*

*Be sure to click all the way through for directions (easy as apple pie + cider donuts, I swear).

Heading into the weekend… before I do, I would like to send a huge congratulations to Jessika + Brian who are getting married this Sunday! Some of my fave Genevans will be on the scene and I am sure there will be lots of stories. I was lucky enough to design their invites + menus which I will be sharing soon… Here is a sneak peek of a gingham pattern that I painted for their reply card.

Have a great weekend!

Someone asked me the other day if I used brush markers… which I rarely do. Of course, that sparked a renewed interest in them. They’re not great for fine detail but sometimes you gotta go craaaazy.

Happy Monday.

I’m trying to imagine a time when mailing addresses were so simple… no number, no street name, no zip code. “Hey, send this to the pottery company. Yeah, the one in Trenton.”

Have a great weekend.

Recent hand type executions + drawings for my stationery line… I don’t know why, but I refuse to work in pencil. Just gotta commit with the pen. Or redraw like 10 times.
